
There are many crystals and gemstones that help to balance and clear the Throat Chakra of blockages. Each crystal vibrates with specific frequencies of color and light. Crystals and gemstones can regulate the vibrational rate associated with each Chakra, and bring it into balance. Throat Chakra crystals resonate with the color light blue.
Azurite calms worries, relieves mental stress, and feelings of despair. It enhances intuition which helps you to recognize higher guidance on which steps you should take to emotionally heal. Azurite promotes a deep state of relaxation. This is very helpful in progressing through your grief. It also helps to dissolve energy blockages and communication blockages in the Throat Chakra , making it easier to talk about your feelings.
Angelite is a stone with a calming vibration that may relieve tension, anger, and stress, and it is helpful at times when you may be finding it emotionally difficult to cope with a situation. It is an excellent communication stone. Angelite will help you make contact with the angelic realm, and will aid you in finding your spirit guide. Being a strong communication stone , it specifically aids in spirit based communication with angels and higher beings. By keeping this stone on you when dealing with people whom you find difficult, you will find that you will be divinely inspired to say words that can take the heat out of problematic situations.
Blue Lace Agate helps with anger issues and a calming of nervousness. It is considered a happiness stone. Blue Lace Agate promotes inner stability, composure, and maturity, and encourages security and self-confidence. It is helpful to wear or carry Blue Lace Agate if you have a hard time expressing your emotions without getting upset. It also helps people who get anxiety about pubic speaking . Blue Lace Agate is also helpful for new mothers who are suffering from postpartum depression.
Meditation is a great and effective way to balance and clear your Chakras. Below is a meditation I like to do when my Throat Chakra feels out of balance.
1. Hold your crystals in your left hand (you can even do this without crystals) while sitting, or place them on your body in the center of your neck while lying down.
2. Take a deep breath in and imagine a white light coming into the top of your head, and filling your body
3. When you breathe out imagine a dark cloud of smog releasing any negative energy and stress.
4. Imagine a light blue circular ball of light in the center of your chest spinning clockwise. Every time you breathe in imagine this light blue light getting bigger and brighter. When you breathe out imagine all of the blockages and negative energy leaving through your mouth in a grey or black smog.
5. Repeat out loud or in your head one of these three affirmations (or all if they pertain to you or your situation)
"I Communicate with ease"
"I am able to express myself truthfully and clearly"
"I am balanced at speaking and listening"
Repeat this for 5-30 minutes
When this energy center is clear, you will feel lighter and relaxed. This meditation helps to clear blockages, so that your communication skills are strengthened. You will find it easier to express your feelings to others, without fear of rejection or ridicule. You will begin to become a better listener, and will have less anxiety about public speaking. You may need to repeat this meditation multiple times, or whenever you are feeling any of the negative emotions listed above. It is recommended that you make it a practice to clear your chakras regularly in order to maintain balance.
